Are these products safe for my paint and tint?

Used as directed, yes. Every product is formulated to be safe on the surface it's made for — our Glass Cleaner is ammonia-free so it won't haze factory or aftermarket tint, and nothing in the line is built to damage your paint. The rule is simple: read the label, use it on what it's for, and when a product needs care (an acid, a degreaser), we tell you straight up. If a product ever damages a surface you used it correctly on, that's what the guarantee is for.

What order do I use everything in?

Clean, then Restore, then Protect. That's the whole system, and every label tells you which step it's on. You clean the surface first, restore what needs bringing back (trim, leather, metal), then protect it so it lasts. Skip the clean step and you're just sealing dirt in.

How long does Top Coat last?

It's a detailer you refresh, not a coating that lasts years — and we're not going to hand you an inflated number. How long it holds depends on real things: how often you wash, whether the car lives outside, sun, rain, and road salt. We tell you what affects it so you can judge for your own car, instead of promising a month we can't guarantee.

Do you actually test on real cars?

Yes. JJ details his own cars and tested these formulas head-to-head against the products he was already buying. When they won, he felt he had to release them. The footage on this site is real work on real cars — no staged reveals. If we don't have honest proof of something yet, we don't claim it.

Where do you ship from and how fast?

What if a product doesn't work for me?

Email help@jjshine.com within 30 days and we'll refund or replace it — no hassle, and no need to ship a half-used bottle back. JJ would rather lose the sale than earn it dishonestly. See the 30-Day Guarantee.

Are the bottles really 16oz?

The size on the label is the size in the bottle. Most of the line is 16oz; a few products come in 8oz because that's the right amount for how they're used. Whatever it says, that's what you get.
