The 30-day guarantee

If a product doesn't do what its label says, we'll make it right within 30 days — refund or replacement, your call, no hassle. JJ built this line because his formulas beat what he was buying, and he'd rather lose a sale than earn one dishonestly. That's the whole reason the guarantee exists.

Opened products

Already opened it and it didn't work for you? You're covered by the guarantee above. You don't need to ship a half-full chemical bottle back to us — just email help@jjshine.com, tell us what happened, and we'll refund or replace it.

Unopened products

Changed your mind and the product is unopened? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first so we can set it up.

Damaged or wrong item

If something shows up broken, leaking, or it's not what you ordered, that's on us. Email help@jjshine.com with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or refund right away — no return needed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days to show up after we process it, depending on your bank.
