Shipping policy

Free shipping over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free within the United States. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Our bottles are full of liquid, so they carry real weight, and we'd rather show you the honest rate than bake a fake one into the price.

Where we ship from

Everything ships from Jacobus, Pennsylvania via USPS or UPS Ground.

How fast

We process orders in 1–2 business days. Once it's on the truck, ground transit usually runs 2–5 business days depending on how far you are from Pennsylvania. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Ground-only products

A couple of our stronger formulas — Acid Wheel Cleaner and Engine Degreaser — ship ground only and can't go by air or to certain restricted destinations. If that affects your order, it'll show at checkout.

Where we ship

United States only for now. We're not going to promise international shipping we can't do well yet.
