Where to use it — and where not
The specifics: Bug splatter is acidic — left on hot paint it can etch your clear coat. This softens the residue and road film so it wipes off instead of getting scrubbed in. Spray the front end, give it a minute to work, then wipe. The included net bug sponge is for the stubborn hits — it lifts bugs without scratching.
This is purpose-built chemistry — that's the point. On the surfaces it's made for, it cuts grime gentler products can't touch. On the wrong ones it can do harm, so we're specific instead of vague. Work a manageable area, don't let it dry, then rinse or wipe thoroughly.
