Where to use it — and where not
The specifics: After we cleaned the steering wheel, dash and mats on camera, the scrub pad held everything that came off — hand oils, old dressing and road grime sitting right on it. That's the job: lift the buildup off rubber, vinyl and plastic and leave it clean and matte. It's the prep that lets our Trim Restorer bond and last. Clean first, restore second.
This is purpose-built chemistry — that's the point. On the surfaces it's made for, it cuts grime gentler products can't touch. On the wrong ones it can do harm, so we're specific instead of vague. Work a manageable area, don't let it dry, then rinse or wipe thoroughly.
