Orders and pricing

We do our best to keep prices, descriptions, and stock accurate. If we spot an error — wrong price, out-of-stock item — we may cancel or correct the order and refund you. We'll tell you if we do.

Using our products safely

Our products are car-care chemicals. Follow the directions on the label. Used as directed, every product is safe for its intended surface — but you're responsible for using them correctly, keeping them away from kids and pets, and storing them properly. If you're unsure a product is right for your surface, test a small spot first or email us before you use it.

Our 30-day guarantee is spelled out on the Returns & Guarantee page and is part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Our content

The text, photos, video, and logos on this site belong to JJ Shine LLC. Don't copy or reuse them without our okay.

Limits

We stand behind our products through the guarantee. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, JJ Shine LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from use of the site or products. This doesn't take away any rights you have under your state's law.
