JJ Shine LLC ("we") runs jjshine.com. This explains what we collect and why. Plain language, no tricks.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and payment details. Payment is handled by our processor — we don't store your full card number.
When you sign up for email: your email address, so we can send you product info and offers.
When you browse: standard analytics data like pages viewed, device, and general location, collected through cookies and pixels.
The tools we use
We use a few third-party services to run the store and understand what's working. Each collects data under its own privacy policy:
- Shopify — runs our store and processes orders.
- Klaviyo — sends our email and manages our subscriber list.
- Google Analytics 4 — measures site traffic and behavior.
- Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel — measure ad performance and let us reach the right people.
How we use it
To fill your orders, answer your questions, send email you asked for, run and improve our ads, and keep the store secure. We don't sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email anytime using the link in any message. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well. Want to see or delete the data we hold on you? Email help@jjshine.com and we'll take care of it.
